We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of perfume oils, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.
Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used perfume oils. If you are unsure about a scent, we recommend purchasing a sample size before committing to a full bottle.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at support@naimaessence.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund if the product is defective.
Cancellations & Refunds
* Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
* Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for perfume oils unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
